Recent projects

These are a few of the projects I completed during the pandemic period. I consider myself truly fortunate to have this creative and fun outlet. I enjoy my time in the workshop immensely.

Side tables

I enjoy creating side tables and coffee tables using lumber destined for the burn bin with the Pantorouter. It’s a fabulous tool for creating fast and accurate joinery. see more

Bathroom cabinet

I transformed a small cabinet made years ago with milk paint and surface carvings. Added a door with leaded glass. It was designed for our bathroom suite, same look. see more

Library on a stick

A fun project brought to me by a retiring university professor who wanted a gift for his wife on her retirement. see more

Pantorouter

You can create joinery that would take decades (a little exaggeration) to make. Mac Sheldon and his team at Pantorouter offer impeccable service.

Plant stand

The weeds collection of plant stand is made of steam bent ash, ebonized and spalted birch. See more …

Refurbished planes

New handles made of maple and died to look like the originals. I purchase over sixty planes on eBay in various state of repairs and restored them all. It was a very successful learning curve on the use of theses tools. See more…
